Brief Description

Race registration begins at 9:30 a.m., race begins at 10:00 a.m. and the race will commence at 10:30 a.m. but that is when the not-so-average part begins! 

Registration for adults is $35.00 and kids 12 and under are only $8.00! You can register online until October 10. You may register at the run but a tee shirt is not guaranteed at that point. After the race, a raffle will happened throughout the day and prizes include a round of golf at Cassique (PRIVATE golf course on Kiawah, and A TRIP TO ST. THOMAS, and so much more, field games like Corn Hole (the Corn Hole tournament is a HUGE hit), Arts & Crafts, wheelbarrow racing, music, Kan Jam, Yard Jenja, and dancing and so much more! We will have a food truck for grub and adult beverages! This is family friendly so bring your spouse, your kids, your friends, your friends' friends, your neighbors, your co-workers; bring'em all! The more the merrier!

Come join us to clear your mind and restore your body before the hustle & bustle of the holidays begin! You bring your yoga mat; we’ll provide the sunscreen as well as spiritual and physical healing by Brittney Hiller, a highly trained and experienced yogini. All proceeds will benefit the Rina Agriss Blair Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on melanoma awareness.

Join us for your not-so-average run and walk on Saturday, October 6 at the James Island County Park. This event is held in memory of Rina Agriss Blair. Come on out to celebrate her life, the positive impact she had on so many and to support the Rina Agriss Blair Foundation in their mission to strengthen awareness and provide support in the fight against Melanoma.

DISCLAIMER: This is not your average run. None of us participating are qualifying in the Olympics...for anything. The run is just under 3K and no one will be clocking your time. So bring a stop watch if you must. However, we will have door prizes, raffles, field games including a Corn Hole tournament, arts & crafts, wheelbarrow racing, music and dancing and more! We will have food catered by Crave and plenty of beer to reward you for your grueling mile long run! This is family friendly so bring your spouse, your kids, your friends, your friends' friends, your neighbors, your co-workers; bring'em all! The more the merrier!

Summertime is in full swing and we must admit; we absolutely LOVE the feeling of the warm sunshine on our skin. However, we must take necessary precautions to avoid the dangers of the sun. So on Saturday, August 18th, we’re looking forward to partnering with Lucky’s Southern Bar & Grill to dine, dance and accept donations in order to create awareness about Melanoma. We will have Flatt City Bluegrass Band in the house to entertain and there will be a suggested donation of $10 at the door. This optional donation will entitle you to happy hour prices from 6:00 - 9:00 pm featuring $2.50 Miller Lite, Corona and Corona Light with $.050 per item benefitting the foundation directly. We’ll also have specialty drinks available to benefit the foundation as well! Don’t forget to hit the ATM because this is a CASH ONLY event! We’ll see you there!
